I couple my nutrition knowledge with years of thru-hiking experience, and the resources I've created and collected along the way to create nutritious, calorie-dense, budget-conscious resupply plans.
Your personalized meal plan can be used for any trail of any distance, for any type of diet or dietary restrictions, and can be adjusted to different calorie and macronutrient needs. The plan is flexible and the recipes and tactics are trail-tested.
How It Works
1. Once you invest in a customized meal plan, we schedule a phone call to discuss the specifics of your goals and preferences.
2. Within ~2 weeks of our meeting, you receive a detailed 6-day meal plan, including meals and snacks for each day, with quantities listed, as well as total calories, macronutrient percentages, and more.
3. You buy and box your own meals and ship them to yourself on trail.
I include resources for where to purchase certain items, tips to keep your resupply budget friendly, and I'm happy to answer any follow-up questions once you've reviewed your plan.
I also provide ideas for how to change up the template I give you to adjust for changes in calorie needs throughout the trail and to add variety, so you can essentially use my template but create different meals for every box, no matter the length of your hike.
