In September of 2023, I completed the Pfiffner Traverse, a high route that roughly follows the Continental Divide through Colorado’s Front Range from Milner Pass to Berthoud Pass. The route is about 75-miles long, with 28,000′ of elevation gain. It’s mostly class 2 hiking, with occasional class 3 sections, and is 40% off trail. I followed Andrew Skurka’s route and it took me just under days to complete.
